3 apricots tart
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Wash the apricots, open them in half and denocciolatele.
Melt in a pan on low heat the butter with sugar.
Add the apricots and cook until they are caramelized.
Roll out the puff pastry and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bucatela with a fork in several places and infornatela for 10 or 12 minutes, or until it is golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Arrange apricots on puff pastry, brush with the remaining caramel in the Pan and serve the cake accompanied with vanilla ice cream.

- a roll of ready-made puff pastry
- a kilo of apricots
- 75 g sugar
- 50 g butter
