Instructions

PLUM CAKE with LEMON 2_18194 INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 125 g butter, 150 g flour, 1/2 sachet baking powder, 1 lemon untreated, 175 g sugar, 3 eggs, 75 g of fresh cream, 100 g of almond powder, salt.

Let soften butter.

Preheat oven to 180° and lined a mold for plum cake with parchment paper.

Sift the flour with the yeast and a pinch of salt; Rinse and dry the lemon zest grattugiatene and collect the juice.

Mixing fast enough, add the butter to the sugar and add the eggs, one at a time: the dough should be a foamy mousse.

Always without ceasing to stir, add the zest and lemon juice, cream, almond powder and flour.

Pour the mixture into the mould and bake for 40 minutes in hot oven.

Put the plum cake on a baking rack, let it cool and serve fresh cut slices well.
