Instructions

19683 TORTELLI with HONEY INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 40 g butter, 1/2 l of water, 4 tablespoons honey, 1 lemon zest, 250 g flour, 6 eggs, oil for frying, icing sugar.

Put the pan on the heat with the water, butter, honey and lemon zest; as soon as the water boils offset a moment the Pan from the heat and throw in one fell swoop the flour.
