Peach and vanilla flan
Instructions
20119 PEACH VANILLA FLAN INGREDIENTS for 8 PERSONS, 10 g butter, 1 stick of vanilla, 3 eggs, 150 g sugar, 55 g of flour, salt, 2 dl of fresh cream, 2 dl of liquid fresh milk, White peaches, 8 1 tablespoon of icing sugar.
PROCEDURE Preheat oven to 200° Grease a baking dish and sprinkle with sugar.
Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise, open it and scrape the seeds with a teaspoon.
Beat the eggs in a bowl for you to become lighter, add the vanilla seeds, milk, cream, flour and a pinch of salt.
Beat well and let stand 10 minutes batter.
Peel the peaches, remove the nuts and cut them into quarters.
Place peaches in baking dish.
Pour the batter over the peaches and cook in the oven at 160ø.
for 40 minutes until they are golden brown.
Let cool to room temperature, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
