20146 PEACHES CREAM INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 16 peaches, sugar, 50 g of toasted almonds.
For the cream: 6 tablespoons condensed milk, 4 egg yolks, 1 tablespoon of cornmeal, 1 piece of cinnamon.
Peel the peaches, spolveratele with sugar, drizzle with the Harbour and let them marinate in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.
Melt the flour in a little cold water and add the egg yolks.
Put the milk in a saucepan with 1/2 liter of water and cinnamon.
When it is hot, remove the cinnamon stick and pour the cream over the yolks, a little at a time, stirring continuously.
Bake Bain-Marie, to thicken the cream.
Serve peaches covered with very cold cream and decorated with almonds.
