Instructions

20152 PEACHES in CAFFE ' INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 peaches, 1 tablespoon of instant coffee, 200 ml of pineapple juice, 100 g of toasted almonds, 60 g butter, 5 tablespoons sugar, 1 cup of rum.

Peel the peaches, cut them in half and remove the core.

Melt the butter in a large skillet, add peaches and FRY for a few minutes on both sides.

Add sugar, coffee dissolved in pineapple juice and let simmer very slowly to reduce the liquid by half.

Fiammeggiate with rum and serve peaches with a sprinkle of chopped almonds.
