Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE a box of ready-made puff pastry, 500 g chopped monkfish, 50 g of pine nuts, 50 g raisins, 30 g parsley, salt and white pepper, a beaten egg Preheat oven to 220° roll out the pastry and line a mould from plum cake.

Cut the flesh of the fish into cubes and season with salt and pepper, add the raisins, pine nuts and chopped parsley.

Mix the ingredients well until mixture is smooth and divide it evenly into the mold, cover with the pastry and trim excess dough.

Work the dough that is advanced and trim the leaves, place them on top of the mess, brush with beaten egg and bake for about 50 minutes when cooked, put the mess, cut it into slices and serve hot or warm.
