Rice and fish with moroccan sauce
Instructions
02440 rice and FISH with MOROCCAN SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 350 g of rice (parfumè), 4 slices of fish from 150 g each (or other fish), 1 bunch parsley, 2 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon cumin seed, 1 teaspoon coriander seeds, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, chilies, juice of 2 lemons, 40 g of olive oil, 1 l water, salt.
Chop all the herbs, spices and garlic; combine the oil, lemon juice and salt and mix very well.
Arrange the slices of fish on a baking sheet and pour the sauce obtained.
Let macerate for an hour, turning occasionally.
Meanwhile, Cook the rice in salted water.
Bake the marinated fish for 15 minutes in hot oven.
Bake the rice in a serving dish and serve with marinated fish sprinkled with chopped parsley.
Excellent served cold.
