Fish and pasta soup

04062 PASTA and fish SOUP ingredients: 250 g 4062 pasta gnocchi or other format type, 1/2 kg of redfish; 1/4 kg of fish; 2 tomatoes; 1 onion; 1 teaspoon toasted almonds; 1 chili; 1 slice of bread; 3 cloves garlic; oil, salt, parsley.
Put the fish in a pan with a litre and a half of water, a tablespoon of salt and cook for about 15 minutes.
Debris and keep the cooking broth.
Meanwhile, cut the fish into pieces, remove the skin and bones.
Pounded the chili and mix it with the softened bread cooking broth, garlic fried previously, almonds and a sprig of parsley.
Mix all trying to obtain a creamy mixture.
In a terracotta casserole, fry the chopped onion in a little oil, add the tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes; Add a tablespoon of cooking fish broth and continue cooking for a few minutes.
Now pour in the broth left over sauce (about 1 litre) and when it starts to boil add the chopped fish, pasta and creamy mixture made from chilli peppers and almonds.
Mix well and cook for another 10 minutes over high heat.
You can serve the soup with a spoon of oil and grated cheese.
