Instructions

MUSHROOM CREAM 04546 CRUST INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 sheet of puff pastry, 200 g mushrooms, 1 pack of cream, 150 g of brie-type cheese, 3 small onions, 1 egg, oil, salt.

Wash the mushrooms and onions, cut them into disks and let them FRY in a little oil until they begin to Brown; Add the cream and the chopped cheese and salted.

Cook fresh focus for 10 minutes.

Spread the cream in 4 cups filling them 2/3 only.

Roll out the puff pastry dough, thawed previously, and cut it into 4 discs of the same diameter of the cups; wet the bottom with water so that stick to the bottom of the cups and place it by pressing lightly with your fingers.

Brush the dough with the beaten egg and place the cups in the oven at high heat, previously warmed.

Lasciatevele until the dough is well browned and serve immediately.
