Put soaked beans for 2 hours in plenty of water.
Peel and finely sliced two cloves of garlic along with the bacon.
Cut the sausage into 8 washers; Peel and chop the onion.
Remove the tomatoes pulp and keep it aside.
Spending the time necessary, drain the beans and place them in a saucepan with 1 l of cold water, unsalted.
