Fish pudding (budino di pesce)

07007 FISH PUDDING INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g cod fillets, 1 can of tomato sauce, 3 eggs, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 1 lemon, bay leaf, oregano, salt, pepper, oil, 1 leaf of lettuce.
Salted cod fillets, sprinkle with lemon juice and cook by steaming.
Place in a saucepan with a tablespoon of olive oil, the onion and the chopped garlic, tomatoes and herbs and cook to very slow fire for 20 minutes.
Mixed minced fish with the sauce previously prepared and beaten eggs, salt and pepper.
Pour into a non-stick baking dish and cook in the oven, Bain-Marie for 40 minutes 35.
Served with lettuce, cut into slices.
