Cod fillets with butter and saffron

07726 COD FILLETS with BUTTER, saffron and 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 1 1/1 cod from 2 kg, 400 g potato, 50 g butter, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 onion, 1 lemon, a sachet of Saffron, salt, white pepper, oil.
CASE clean the fish by removing heads and spines and with 1/2 l of water and a little salt make the broth.
The pulp divide the ball into four fillets.
Fry the onion and the cloves of garlic in a little oil; Add the potatoes cut into fine slices, pour the fish stock.
Cook for 10 minutes and place everything in a baking dish from the oven.
Cut each fillet into two pieces, season with salt and pepper, place it on top of the potatoes.
Bake in oven for 5 minutes.
Melt the butter in a pan, add saffron to manage that melt and mixes; Add the lemon juice and let it sit for a few minutes.
Pour it over the fish and serve immediately.
