Tuna with onion stew (tonno con cipolla stufata)

TUNA with ONION 07872 STEW INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 800 g of tuna cut into slices, 1 kg of onions, 100 ml of tomato, dried peppers, 2 3 cloves of garlic, 300 ml fish broth, olive oil, salt, pepper.
Put the dried peppers in a pan with hot water and, when they are tender, separate the flesh and keep it aside.
Peel the onions, cut them into very thin discs and soffriggetela with a little oil and garlic cloves until golden.
Pour the fish stock, tomato, pepper pulp, add salt and pepper and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Put salted and peppered tuna on a baking sheet, cover with onion stew and cook for 15 minutes in the oven at maximum power.
