Instructions

08095 CHICKEN SALAD and mushrooms INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g of chicken wings, 2 tablespoons of peanut oil, 10 g butter, 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped 8 tablespoons olive oil, 2 red apples, 250 g of mushrooms, a tuft of Frisee Salad, 4 tablespoons cornstarch, salt, pepper.

Browned chicken wings in a pan with non-stick coating in oil and butter.

Add salt, pepper and cut into pieces.

Then keep aside.

Beat vinegar with the mustard, thyme, salt, pepper and 4 tablespoons oil.

Cut the apples into thin slices and drizzle with the vinaigrette.

Wash the lettuce and dry accurtamente.

Pour the cornstarch into a dish and round off the mushrooms.
