Salad with shrimp and avocado

08306 AVOCADO SALAD with SCAMPI and INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 8 lettuce leaves, 4 ripe tomatoes but sodi, a Green Apple, juice of one lime, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, red onion, chopped 3 ripe avocados, lemon juice, 12 Norway lobster tails already cleaned, 20 g butter, a teaspoon of curry powder, salt, pepper.
Wash tomatoes, cut them into slices, then into small triangles.
Wash the lettuce leaves and coarsely dice them.
Peel the apples, remove the seeds and core, and cut the flesh into small cubes.
In a bowl of lemon juice emulsified with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Add the diced Apple, salad and chopped onion.
Stir.
Peel avocados and cut into slices not too thick; drizzle with lemon juice.
In a nonstick saucepan you blast scampi butter 2 minutes per side, adding the curry.
Stir, add salt and pepper.
Place the prepared salad into 4 individual bowls; Add the slices of avocado and tomatoes, lay over shrimp and serve immediately.
