Instructions

10336 VEGETARIAN BREAD INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE A baguette or French bread, salad, 200 g of potatoes, 2 carrots, 3 spring onions 100 g novelli, canned corn, 100 g of canned peas, 120 g tomatoes, pepper.

Sauce: 50 g of fresh cheese with herbs, 2 tablespoons yogurt, chives, a sprig of parsley.

Boil the potatoes and cut them into rings.

Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and take out the Crumb.

Scrape the carrots and cut coarsely, chopped the onions, parsley and chives.

Finely chopped salads and when done with vegetables and potatoes.

In a bowl mix the cheese with the yogurt and chopped herbs until smooth cream: incorporated this sauce to vegetables and mix thoroughly.

Fill with this mixture the two halves of the baguettes; wrap the stuffed bread in aluminum foil and store in the refrigerator until serving.
