Polenta with vegetables (polenta con verdura)

10526 POLENTA with VEGETABLES INGREDIENTS 100 grams of dried beans, 200 g of pork rinds, pork 100 g of bacon, a rib of celery, 2 carrots, 1 onion, 1 cabbage, salt, a pinch of baking soda, 500 g of flour, 1 yellow maize, 750 gallons of water, 1 tablespoon coarse salt.
PROCEDURE Put to soak the beans in plenty of warm water with a pinch of baking soda and lasciateveli for one night.
In a large fry pan fat, then add the pork rinds singed, washed and cut into small pieces.
Add the vegetables cut into strips (except the cabbage), beans, well drained, a pinch of salt and three litres of water.
Halfway through the cooking beans, add the cabbage, stir and simmer again for about an hour.
Prepare the polenta: rain pour in boiling salted water; stir often so it doesn't form lumps.
When cooked, add the vegetables with beans and pork.
Mix thoroughly, then pour the polenta on a platter and serve.
