Instructions

10574 POLENTA with CLAM SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 6 PEOPLE For the polenta: 350 g flour, 1.5 l of water, a tablespoon of salt, a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.

For the gravy: 800 g 200 g of clams, tomato, extra virgin olive oil, one shallot, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, salt (s.q.) Wash the clams in salted water to drain well.
