Souffle ' with three cheeses

12556 SOUFFLE ' with THREE CHEESE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE for four Butter dishes s, 10 strands of chives, 4 eggs, 2 tablespoons of flour, a can of Unsweetened condensed milk (about 400 g) 60 g grated Gruyère cheese 60 g grated Edam cheese, 5 cheese slices, salt and pepper.
Preheat oven to 200 øC and grease the dishes.
Wash, dry and chop the chives into pieces of about 2 cm in length.
In a bowl beat the eggs and the flour sifted.
Without stop whisking the egg mixture, flush and add gradually the milk, salt and pepper.
Add grated cheese, chives and mix well.
Cut each into 4 triangles sottiletta.
Split in the mixture previously prepared dishes and, for each dish, arrange the triangles of cheese slices.
Place the dishes on the grill of the oven and cook for about 15 minutes.
Serve.
