Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 250 g of maccheroncini, 50 g ham, 50 g grated Gruyère, 50 g of breadcrumbs.

For the dough: 2 dl of water, 50 g butter, 150 g flour, 2 eggs, salt, pepper.

Cook the macaroni.

Cut the ham into strips.

Bring to the boil the water with butter and a pinch of salt; away from heat, add the flour and stir vigorously with a spatula.

Put the saucepan on the stove and then dry the pasta for one minute, fresh focus.

Away from fire, incorporated, one by one, the eggs.

Add to macaroni Gruyère, ham, salt and pepper and stir carefully and add all the previously prepared dough.

Let the oil heat up; formed with the mixture of croquettes from 70-80 g, then put them in the breadcrumbs.

Dip croquettes 4 at a time, for 2/3 minutes in oil and keep them aside on a plate covered with paper towels.

Cook the rest of the croquettes and serve very hot.
