Instructions

2_00062 CROUTONS with AVOCADO and SMOKED TROUT INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 3 avocado, red onion, Red Apple, 200 g of smoked trout, 5 slices of black bread, 30 g of fresh cheese like Philadelphia, 2 lemons, 2 tablespoons oil, salt and pepper.

Peel and chop the onion.

Peel avocados and cut into pieces.

Wash the apples and cut into sticks without removing the husk.

Pour the chopped fruit and onion in a bowl.

Squeeze 2 lemons and used about half of the juice for seasoning on everything, so that the fruit does not oxidize.

In a small bowl, pour the lemon juice, a pinch of salt and pepper.

Add oil flush stirring vigorously with a fork, so as to obtain a smooth and homogeneous sauce.

Cut the fish into pieces small or thin into strips.

Add the fruit, fish dressed with the vinaigrette previously prepared and stir well.

Close the bowl with foil and let rest in refrigerator for about an hour.

Before serving, made from black bread canapés.

You can serve the canapes accompanied by a green salad.
