Instructions
CRISPY HONEY CIGARS 2_19185 INGREDIENTS for 8/10 PERSONS 75 g soft butter, 125 g icing sugar, 60 g, 60 g flour.
Beat the butter with the icing sugar and honey.
Add the flour and stir to mix well all the ingredients.
Make balls a little bigger than a hazelnut and arrange very spaced between them on the oven lined with greaseproof paper.
Bake at 200 degrees for 5-6 minutes (check the color should be golden brown).
Baked and wind just waffles on special metal cannoli.
Let cool for a few seconds, then remove the cannoli.
If you wish you can fill the cannoli with whipped cream with veloa sugar and flavoured with a teaspoon of orange liqueur and grated rind of 1 lemon.
