Honey pudding
Instructions
Place the wine in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add the honey, a pinch of cinnamon and a bit of grated lemon peel.
Stir.
Let cool.
Beat the eggs, stirring, diluitele with wine and honey.
Prepare the caramel with sugar listed, put it in a mold and turn round to veil the bottom and walls.
Let cool.
Pour in the cream and cook in a Bain-Marie in the oven at 180 degrees for half an hour.
Let cool and put just before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 150 g of honey
- 50 cl of sweet white wine
- 6 eggs
- 125 g of sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 bit of grated lemon rind
