Prawns with leeks and fennel seeds

3_07134 SHRIMP with leeks and FENNEL SEEDS INGREDIENTS for 6 PEOPLE 12 shrimp already cleaned, 90 g butter, chopped 1 garlic clove, 1 tablespoon fennel seeds, 300 g leeks, 3 tablespoons of cream of Pastis, salt, fresh parsley.
Wash the leeks, drain and cut them into chunks of approximately 1, 5 cm in length.
In a non-stick coated pan melt the butter; Add the chopped garlic and fennel seeds.
Add the prawns and let them jump over high heat for a few minutes.
Remove the shrimp from the Pan and keep aside to warm.
Add the leeks, stir and cook on moderate heat 7 minutes.
Add salt and pepper.
Pour the cream and Pastis and continue cooking, stirring 1-2 minutes.
Split leeks into individual bowls, laid over each two shrimp and garnish with parsley leaves.
Serve.
