Instructions

2_03900 PENNE ROASTED VEGETABLES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g of pasta like penne, 2 eggplant, red pepper, yellow pepper, 2 Zucchini, some basil leaves, a few tablespoons of chopped parsley, 4 slices of ham, olive oil, salt.

Repair pastes in salted ebullient water turn on oven to 100ø.

Wash the vegetables; check the zucchini at the ends and cut into slices not too thin.

Clean the peppers, remove the seeds and pith, then cut them into strips.

When cooked, remove from oven to keep them warm.

On the same plate spread the ham slices and leave roast in oven 15 minutes: must be crisp nicely.

Drain and pour into a bowl; add vegetables, sprinkled with olive oil, sprinkle with chopped parsley and mix carefully.

Serve in individual dishes with a crispy slice of ham and garnish with basil leaves.
