2_06953 CHILI CON CARNE 400 g beef, 4 onions, 400 g of canned red beans, 2 stalks of celery, 2 cloves garlic, 4 tablespoons peanut oil, 1 teaspoon of paprika, chopped 1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed 1 teaspoon coriander, 1 teaspoon cumin, chopped 200 g minced meat pork and beef, 100 g of bacon cut into sticks, 20 cl of beer, salt and pepper.
Cut the meat into thin slices; clean the onions and chop; drain the beans; clean and sliced celery.
In a saucepan, saute the onions, celery and garlic in 2 tablespoons of olive oil for 15 minutes over low heat.
Add paprika, oregano, coriander, cumin, salt, pepper and stir.
In a cocotte, Brown, 20 minutes on medium heat, minced meat, bacon and slices of meat, the rest of the oil.
Add the onions, sprinkle preparation of beer and cover with water; simmer two hours over low heat.
20 minutes before the end of cooking, add the red beans and serve piping hot.
