Burgers in mustard sauce
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 hamburgers, 40 g of butter, 6 tablespoons of brandy, 100 g cream, 1 tablespoon of mustard, mixed vegetables to make boiled.
METHOD melt the butter in a pan and when it is bubbling add the burgers.
Brown them on both sides, then wet with brandy.
When it is almost evaporated, add the cream, melted the mustard, add salt and cook for about 5 minutes in covered saucepan.
Clean, washed, chopped vegetables and cook in steam; then add salt.
Serve burgers sprayed with their sauce and garnish with the vegetables.
