09355 BREAST of GRILLED CHICKEN INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 4 grilled chicken breasts, tomatoes 2 onions 4 small, 1 cucumber, 10 2 potatoes black olives, vinegar, extra virgin olive oil 1 garlic clove, salt, pepper, some lettuce PROCESS Cook the potatoes, unpeeled, in boiling water, then cool them and cut them into rings.
Slice the tomatoes and onions into rings and pitted olives.
Peel the cucumber and cut it into slices a little thick.
Rub the chicken breasts with the garlic and put them in a baking plate; decorate with a little olive oil and put them in the grill of the oven for a few minutes on each side.
In a bowl diluted a little salt in vinegar then add oregano and olive oil.
Mix well.
Dial the vegetables in the dishes and flavour them with the prepared sauce.
Served on these chicken breasts.
