Brazilian pudding
Instructions
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the sugar and let it caramelize slightly, remove from heat diluted with boiling coffee and liqueur.
Apart from dissolve the flour with the milk, add this mixture to the first by grinding well, then slowly add the cream.
Set the pan on low heat and stirring constantly then thicken the cream.
Remove from heat, stir again for 3-4 minutes, and having divided into coppe put in the fridge for two hours.

- 60 g of butter
- 30 g of flour
- 60 g of sugar
- 250 g of fresh cream
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 ristretto terrine
- 2 tablespoons of coffee liqueur
