Instructions
Cook the chestnuts with water and a pinch of salt for about 30 minutes: If you use fresh chestnuts drill a cross shaped cut to then Peel smoothly; If they are dried chestnuts keep them soak for a few hours or slightly tostatele.
When cooked, remove the Pan from the heat, allow to lower the pressure and put to cook in the pot.
Add 3 tablespoons filled with agar agar flakes per litre of composed thicken, stir for a few minutes, then pour into molds and let cool (agar agar thickens when it is completely cold).
Garnish with grated orange peel.

- 3 tablespoons of agar agar flakes
- Orange zest
