Cod spumoni
Instructions
00401 COD TARTARE SPUMONE INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 1/2 kg of cod, 100 g pitted green olives, 100 g of capers, 1 package mashed potatoes, 25 g butter, 1/2 litre milk, mayonnaise, salt, 3 cucumbers.
PROCEDURE prepare the mashed potatoes with 1/2 liter of water, milk, butter and salt.
Cod with boiled water and salt, drain and break it into small pieces, remove skin and bones.
Add the mayonnaise, olives, cucumbers, cut into pieces and capers.
Mix the mashed potatoes with cod and half the mayonnaise, divide into 4 bowls and cover with the rest of mayonnaise.
Served cold.
