Chocolate pudding (3) (Budino di Cioccolato (3))
Instructions
Melt the chopped chocolate with 1 tablespoon of water.
Mix the cornstarch with sugar, add little by little cold milk, then the melted chocolate, stirring.
On fire gentle boil for a few seconds.
Let cool and add the butter and the egg yolks stirring vigorously.
Pour into a mold and place in the fridge for a few hours to decorate with chocolate sprinkles.

- 200 g of chocolate
- 30 g of maizena
- 50 cl of milk
- 80 g of sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 30 g of butter
