Chocolate snow pudding
Instructions
Melt chocolate.
Work 4 egg yolks with sugar, Add flour, chocolate and egg whites.
Butter a mold, flour and pour in the mixture.
Bake in hot oven at 160 degrees for 25 minutes.
Allow to cool, then unmold the pudding, sprinkle with icing sugar and garnish with fruit.
