Instructions
Drain peaches and blend with sugar.
Softened in cold water the isinglass, wring it out, let it dissolve on fire in two fingers of water and add to peach smoothie.
Stir the whipped cream.
Crumbled ladyfingers on the bottom of a mold and pour over the cream.
Keep in refrigerator 5 hours.
