Semolina pudding
Instructions
Melt the butter, add the milk and when bubbles joins the semolina and cook.
When thick, remove from heat and cool, then add the eggs, sugar, lime cut into pieces or raisins.
You bring 3 or 4 tablespoons of sugar into a mold and caramelised, then you add the mixture and bake in a Bain-Marie.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 bit of butter
- 250 g of semolina
- 50 cl of milk
- 1 bit of candied citron (or raisins)
- Sugar
