Brown of semolina pudding
Instructions
Put on the fire, in a saucepan, the milk and the vanilla stick.
Bring it to a boil, then pour in the semolina rain you have mixed with cocoa.
Stirring, simmer for 15 minutes, then incorporated 70 g butter into small pieces and sugar.
Mix well to obtain a perfectly blended, then remove from heat.
Grease a pudding mold from the preferred form and the rovesciatevi, from which you removed the stick of vanilla; even then the surface with the back of a spoon.
Put in refrigerator for 3 hours.
When serving dip the mold for a few seconds in boiling water, dry it, then turn the pudding on a plate and serve immediately.
