Sardine butter
Instructions
Let soften butter at room temperature and then mount it to cream.
Carefully drain the sardines from their oil, diliscatele, spellatele, pass through a food processor and mix it with butter.
Season with a pinch of white pepper.
For canapés and toasts.

- 100 g of butter
- 4 sardines in olive oil
- 1 pinch of white pepper
