Instructions

First cut into slices the bread, that you cassette purchased the day before so that at the time of use is slightly stale.

For salmon canapés, you must clear the surrounding crust bread, which you do by overlaying two or three slices; you will also need to divide each slice into two rectangles, then, your choice, you can do this immediately, or after garnish the slices.

For the preparation of canapès of crab meat, you must instead derive from slices of bread of floppies, what you can do with a pastry cutter or stencil with a shot.

You can now move on to the next stages, starting from preparation of crab meat, which you obviously purchased canned and drained well by retaining fluid.

Put two-thirds of mayonnaise in a bowl and mix it with two good tablespoons of tomato ketchup and two splashes of Worcester.

Mix well the sauce and add the crab meat, you'll first well crushed.

Stir again carefully to bind the ingredients.

Now grease the disks of bread and cover with the mixture of crab, which have ' dome ' in the middle of each rod.

Made these early canapès and placed on the plate, proceed to prepare salmon ones.

As we have already said before, the bread slices needed may be cut into rectangles while they are still ' nude ' or divided after that were covered with salmon.

Here we explain this second version.

Grease the bread, spreading the butter with a spatula so that form just a veil, then lay over the salmon.

If the salmon slices you have available are sufficiently large to completely cover the slices of bread, use them whole: after being laid on bread, set the outer edges.

If, on the other hand, were smaller, cut into two triangles, regular adagerete, well close together on the sofa, so as to conceal as much as possible the combination; even in this case, of course, adjust the outer edges.

Now cut the slices in half and on every sofa got formed with the remaining mayonnaise put into a syringe from sweets, decorations as desired.

Arrange on serving dish.

And finally we come to canapès with Pate.

Here we used the liver paté; with this we have a roll format, which we then wrapped in aluminum foil and put in the fridge to make it solidify.

In this way we could get very regular washers.

You can however buy from the grocer the ready-made paté medallions and cut in half horizontally to make six washers.

In this case you can also use the jelly that usually covers these medallions, thus avoiding to prepare it.

Made from slices of bread now six floppies, imburrateli and cover chopped jelly, if you haven't, prepare a specific recipes.

Put a washer on gelatin of paté and on this place a little heart proceeds with the special stamp, sliced truffles thinly.

You have also these canapès on the serving dish where you have already placed the first and serve.
