Instructions
Divide the cream into 3 bowls: in the first add the chocolate did melt and cooled; in the second the egg yolks beaten with sugar; in the third place the hazelnuts and the diced candied fruit.
Into a mold lined with greaseproof paper do a layer of cream to the eggs, cream and a fruit and a chocolate and cream.
Keep in the fridge for at least 12 hours before serving.

- 1000 g of whipped cream sweetened
- 100 g of grated chocolate
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- Hazelnuts
- Candied fruit
- Milk
