Instructions

2_04174 ONION GRATIN SOUP INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE A dice to chicken broth, onion, 4 120 g grated Gruyère cheese, 4 eggs, 8 slices of toasted bread, a few tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper.

Preheat oven to 180° c melt the nut in a litre of hot water.

Peel the onions, cut into thin slices and fresh focus rosolatele in a pan with a few tablespoons of hot oil; Add salt and pepper liberally.

Add the onions browned in hot broth and add salt if necessary.

Continue cooking for 20 minutes.

Place 2 slices on each bowl of toast and place over the slices a yolk.

Place the bowls in the oven for 10 minutes and au gratin until the cheese is lightly golden.

Serve immediately.
