2_09410 TURKEY CROQUETTES with VEGETABLES MOZZARELLA INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE A Turkey Breast (100 g each), 4 Belgian heads, 400 g of spinach leaves, an egg, bread crumbs, chopped 50 g of mozzarella, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, one tablespoon of butter, a spoonful of sugar, dried oregano, salt and pepper. Cut the Turkey Breast in many sticks. Place on a plate and season with salt, pepper and oregano. Toss them in beaten egg, then in bread crumbs. Clean and wash the Belgian heads, drain them carefully. Cut them in half and sauté them in a large pan with the butter; pepateli and spolverizzateli with sugar, letting it caramelize sweet focus. Then add the spinach, washed and drained well and let cook 3 minutes on moderate heat. Incorporated the mozzarella and continue cooking until cheese is melted and blended with the other ingredients.
