Fluffy ricotta tartlets
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 discs of ready-made puff pastry, 250 g cheese, an egg, 2 egg yolks, 5 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, a teaspoon of vanilla essence.
Preheat oven to 190ø.
With the help of a circular dough cutting 9 cm in diameter, cut 12 circles from puff pastry disks.
12 Foderatevi molds previously anointed mince meat.
Tap the bottom with the tines of a fork.
Cover of kitchen foil and let stand 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
In large bowl mix the ricotta with the whole egg, egg yolks, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla essence: you will get a smooth and creamy mixture.
Spread the ricotta mixture in pie mould, spread the surface with the back of a spoon.
Bake and Cook 20 minutes in hot oven: the surface should be well browned and crispy noodles.
When cooked, let stand 10 minutes the small pastries, then sformatele.
You can serve small pastries and warm that cold.
