Pasticcio di maccheroni alla glutton
Instructions
A01021 MESS of MACARONI to GLUTTON in INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g of macaroni, 300 g Roman ricotta, parsley, nutmeg, 500 g of tomato paste, butter, grated Parmesan cheese.
Cook macaroni al dente and, having stopped cooking in cold water, let stand for 5 minutes before draining them.
Then each macaroon filled with a stuffing of ricotta mixed with chopped parsley and nutmeg.
Having anointed a baking pan with a knob of butter, sprinkle a layer of macaroni, minced meat and cover with tomato sauce, sprinkling with grated Parmesan.
Repeat the operation until the filling of dish, completing with some curls of butter, place it in a Bain-Marie for 40 minutes, finally passed in the oven at moderate heat for 30 minutes.
Serve in baking pan and cut into slices.
