Chaud-froid with chocolate
Instructions
Keep four high glasses in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (to cloud over); just before serving, fill with vanilla ice cream, which you have prepared in accordance with the specific recipe, and put them in the freezer.
Break the chocolate, place it in a saucepan with two to three tablespoons water and let dissolve on very low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
Whip the cream and place it with the special syringe on ice cream.
Finally, decorated with the chopped chocolate.
Serve the ' Chaud-Froid ' chocolate immediately, or keep the jars in the refrigerator, until ready to take them on board.
