Instructions
Select a kilo of cherries, levatele and put them in a jar with screw back.
Cover with a little sugar, close and expose to the Sun.
Sugar will go out all the juice.
Repeat the operation in the following days, using sugar, just you noticed that on the cherries passed away on white hat.
Whenever you perform these additions gently mix sour cherries.
Do so until you have used up all the sugar, then let it sit for another 15 days in the Sun, filtered, then add the grappa and bottled.
The liqueur can be enjoyed after a month.

- 100 cl of very dry grappa
- 1000 g of black cherries
- 500 g of sugar
