Cherry brandy (2)
Instructions
After being deprived of stems, washed and gently dried cherries.
Pass through a food processor, taking care not to lose the good gravy.
The stones must be crushed and added to the rest.
Put then in a glass jar and add sugar, brandy and the yellow part of the peel of a lemon quarter.
Close the jar tightly and let it stand for two months, then filtered and bottled.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of brandy
- 500 g of marasca cherries
- 200 g of cherries morelle
- 150 g of sugar
- == 1 lemon (zest)
