Instructions
In an airtight jar put about 50 g of alcohol diluted with 50 g of water.
Meanwhile you have pounded in a mortar the china and removed the orange peel the white part.
Add the spices to the contents of the jar, then close tightly and leave soaking for a few weeks.
After this period strain, putting the filtrate in a larger pot in which you will add the remainder of the alcohol and the syrup that you have prepared with 500 g of sugar and water.
After a fortnight, filtered and bottled.
After three months, the liqueur is ready.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 50 g of china bark
- 4 g of white bitter orange peel
- 500 g of sugar
