Instructions

Mix together flour, sugar, 2 egg yolks, cocoa, 50 g of butter, milk, lemon rind, and, finally, add the yeast and the clear mounted to snow.

Pour the mixture into a mold previously buttered doughnut and place in oven at moderate heat for about 1 hour.

Allow to cool, then pull out and serve with whipped cream.
