Caramelized pineapple
Instructions
Private Peel the pineapple and the central core, then cut it into slices thin enough.
Caramelize the sugar and half of the lemon juice in a pan with a pinch of cinnamon.
Unite then half the pineapple slices and let them caramelise before from one side and then the other shaking the Pan constantly so as not to make them stick to the bottom, and then roundtrip on the parchment paper and let them cool down, so that the sugar crystallize.
Repeat the same procedure with remaining ingredients.
Place the pineapple slices that you get prepared on a serving dish, alternating with yogurt, sprinkle with cinnamon to taste and serve.

- 120 g of cane
- 2 lemons (juice)
- Cinnamon powder
- 2 bottles of vanilla yoghurt
